We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help. In the event you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to sales@dtxinternational.com. In the email, please include the transaction ID number. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal transaction date. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
