Assuming your order has been completed and paid, we will do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day! Items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (Monday through Friday). You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the time of shipment. United States Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free! Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. Discount Tommy is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to you. All orders have a tracking number assigned.

*Local Pick Up is available at our Mancelona, Michigan location Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and require further processing. Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fedex International Economy or USPS Priority Mail. International Duties, Taxes and Fees are not included in the shipping price and they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery! Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We will state the purchase price, not including shipping, on the Customs Forms. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
