One Year Limited Warranty

Pet Trex products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Pet Trex will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail during normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use, including any repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a certified Pet Trex authorized service technician, in addition to incidental or consequential damages. Using this product for anything other than its original intended purpose or altering this product in any way will void this warranty.

If your Pet Trex product has a manufacturers defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge or refund. Such repairs, or items deemed to be eligible for replacement, will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs. This warranty does not apply to: A. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; B. consumable parts, such as kettles and light bulbs, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; C. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; D. damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Pet Trex; or E. damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Pet Trex. In addition, The original purchaser who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase and all other requested information is the holder of this warranty.

Please note that replacement costs and handling charges may apply if any issue was found to be the fault of the end user. Please be prepared to provide your return shipping address and a daytime phone number and proof of purchase.

Pet Trex retains the exclusive right to repair or replace, with a new or newly-refurbished replacement machine or part, the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the time of shipment. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free! Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. Discount Tommy is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to you. All orders have a tracking number assigned.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fedex International Economy or USPS Priority Mail. International Duties, Taxes and Fees are not included in the shipping price and they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery! Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We will state the purchase price, not including shipping, on the Customs Forms. Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
