Our carrier is time tested and proven to be the most reliable solution for hauling motocross bikes, scooters and off road dirt bikes. It accommodates bikes with tires up to 5 1/2". Although the carrier measures 75" in length, it will hold motorcycles and scooters up to 85 inches long. We have included extra accessories to make this useable right out of the box--includes tie downs, a free anti-wobble hitch device, and a scooter / small dirt bike attachment bar.

The Platinum Carrier is made out of aluminum for added strength, durability, and weight. It is extremely portable and includes a lightweight loading ramp for loading your cycle on the carrier. Once loaded, the loading ramp attaches on the carrier next to the carrier track for easy transport. This motorcycle hitch carrier has a carrying capacity of 400 lbs.. We highly recommend checking your vehicles hitch rating as well as the suspension carrying capability of the carrying vehicle before using our product. It fits a standard 2" square class III, IV, or V 2 inch receiver.

Motorcycle carrier limitations:

Hitch Weigh Limit: Most Class III hitches are rated for 500 lbs.
Most Class IV hitches are rated for 1000 lbs
Vehicle Hauling Capacity: Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's capacity to carry a load
Will not work with class II or smaller receivers
Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging

One Year Limited Warranty

Pentagon Tools are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Pentagon Tools will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail during normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use, including any repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a certified Pentagon Tools authorized service technician, use of replacement parts that are not OEM parts, in addition to incidental or consequential damages. Using this product for anything other than its original intended purpose or altering this product in any way will void this warranty.

If your Pentagon Tools Product has a manufacturers defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge or refund. Such repairs, or items deemed to be eligible for replacement, will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs.

This warranty does not apply to: A. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; B. consumable parts, such as foot pads and light bulbs, and/or generator batteries unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; C. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; D. damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Pentagon Tools; or E. damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Pentagon Tools. In addition, The original purchaser who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase and all other requested information is the holder of this warranty.

Please note that repair costs and handling charges may apply if any issue was found to be the fault of the end user. Please be prepared to provide the units serial number, if applicable, your return shipping address and a daytime phone number and proof of purchase.

Pentagon Tools retains the exclusive right to repair or replace, with a new or newly-refurbished replacement machine or part, the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible - your satisfaction is our priority! Assuming your order has been completed and paid, we will do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day! Items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (Monday through Friday). You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the time of shipment. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

United States Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free! Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. Discount Tommy is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to you. All orders have a tracking number assigned.

*Local Pick Up is available at our Mancelona, Michigan location Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and require further processing. Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fedex International Economy or USPS Priority Mail. International Duties, Taxes and Fees are not included in the shipping price and they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery! Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We will state the purchase price, not including shipping, on the Customs Forms. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
