Our home theater line of machines feature stainless steel food-zones, easy cleaning stainless steel kettles, old-maid drawers (for un-popped kernels), tempered glass side and back panels, and a 4 ounce kettle operating on 600 watts. A couple of conveniences worthy of note include our exclusive old-maid drawer and convenient storage compartment. Our machine was designed with small perforations in the bottom stainless tray to allow the un-popped kernels to fall into the drawer. Simply "rake" the popped corn with a scoop and the "old-maids" disappear. We have also taken the base and added a convenient storage cabinet to store all of your popcorn supplies--it is perfect place to keep your popcorn bags, portion packs, and other supplies. Our machine is not the same as our competition.	We have a more robust (heavier) shell, 3 switches, larger wheels, 2 shelves, and the electronics and kettle are different. Our machine has a built-in warming deck and heat lamp.	Only the top quality machines have warming decks. We have placed a heating element underneath the unit for ultimate performance. Combine that with the heat lamp/light, and your popcorn will remain fresh & hot for hours.
Our machine has an 8 ounce kettle--not a small 4 ounce.	Let's be clear on one thing. Four ounces of popcorn is not much... Our 8 ounce machine makes between 3-4 gallons of popcorn. Believe me. .. it is not as much as you might think. Our machine will also work with 4 ounce portion packs--and cooks it quicker.
Our machine cooks faster.	The cooking speed is dependent and the heating element and the number of watts. It is impossible for a 640 watt machine to cook the same amount of popcorn in the same amount of time. We specifically designed this machine so the popcorn will be cooked within 3 to 5 minutes.
Our machine is heavier.	Of course it is. That is the way we designed it. A more robust machine weighs more than the inferior imitations. We use 20% thicker steel and 25% thicker glass.
Our machine has 3 switches--not two.	We added a 3rd switch so you can control the stirrer, the heating element, and the hot lamp independently. This puts less wear and tear on the machine and allows for preheating for the fastest cook time possible. Cheap things aren't good and good things are not cheap.

Five Year Limited Warranty

Great Northern Popcorn Companys popcorn machines are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Great Northern Popcorn Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail during normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use, including any repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a certified Great Northern Popcorn Company authorized service technician, use of replacement parts that are not OEM parts, in addition to incidental or consequential damages. Using this product for anything other than its original intended purpose or altering this product in any way will void this warranty. There is a 30 day limited warranty on all consumable parts including but not limited to blades, kettles and/or light bulbs as applicable.

If your popcorn machine has a manufacturers defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge or refund. Such repairs, or items deemed to be eligible for replacement, will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs. This warranty does not apply to: A. cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; B. consumable parts, such as kettles and light bulbs, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; C. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; D. damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Great Northern Popcorn Company; or E. damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Great Northern Popcorn Company. In addition, The original purchaser who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase and all other requested information is the holder of this warranty.

Please note that repair costs and handling charges may apply if any issue was found to be the fault of the end user. Please be prepared to provide the units serial number, if applicable), your return shipping address and a daytime phone number and proof of purchase.

Great Northern Popcorn Company retains the exclusive right to repair or replace, with a new or newly-refurbished replacement machine or part, the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

Assuming your order has been completed and paid, we will do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day! Items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (Monday through Friday). You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. Our Standard Shipping services include FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx SmartPost--picked up by FedEx and delivered by USPS. We will determine the method of shipping at the time of shipment. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states! Insurance is free! Delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. When you checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade your shipping. All packages are sent via FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or FedEx Smart Post. Express packages will be sent either USPS Express or FedEx 2nd Day Air and should arrive in 3 business days or faster. NOTE: We do not ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes at this time. Discount Tommy is pleased to inform you we provide insurance on every package we ship at no cost to you. All orders have a tracking number assigned.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fedex International Economy or USPS Priority Mail. International Duties, Taxes and Fees are not included in the shipping price and they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery! Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We will state the purchase price, not including shipping, on the Customs Forms. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Shipping Damage

If your purchase has been obviously damaged during shipping, you should refuse the shipment. The carrier will return the product to us and a replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
